If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Include the following information:

- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Once we receive your request, we will review the details and determine whether the defect qualifies for a return or refund. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or receiving a replacement.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is authorized, we will:
- Cover return shipping costs for verified defective products; or
- Provide another solution if return shipping is not required.
5. Refunds or Replacements
After receiving and inspecting the returned item (if applicable), we will process:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products without proof of defect
- Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications
- Items returned without prior approval
