1. Processing Time
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, but we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Inkling is not liable for:
- Packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered
- Packages delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses
- Packages lost due to customer error in providing shipping information
- Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If your tracking shows a problem, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Inkling is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. These fees are non-refundable.
